UTComp Timesheet Web Application

PHP and MySQL database driven website that allows users to:

• Key in hours worked (either regular or double rate) according to work day,


• Enter in expenses based on number of units and Per Unit Cost, also according to day of the work week,


• By default each Timesheet entry is not approved, and it is only the Timesheet Administrators who can approve, deny, or permanently delete worksheet items,

Timesheets can only be created if Job Numbers exist, and,

Job Numbers can only be created by Administration,

Timesheets can be locked by Administration, which prevents further editing of the timesheet,

• Denied items are kept track of and can be reviewed later for modification and/or approval


• If the timesheet is unlocked: existing items can also be modified for corrections, and/or Denied or Deleted,


• There is a search function for timesheets, which allow a search based on date, whom timesheet is for, and/or workplace client,


• Reporting/Export features: timesheet(s) can be exported for printing (useful for invoicing),
